Berman is the President of the Duberstein Group, Inc. a government relations and lobbying firm in Washington, D.C. He previously served as Vice President Mondale’s Counsel and Deputy Chief of Staff. He has advised numerous judicial and executive branch nominees prior to their Senate confirmation hearings. Berman has worked in some capacity on every Democratic presidential campaign since 1964, and assisted in the coordination of every Democratic convention since 1968. He has also served as an advisor to the Democratic Senatorial and Congressional Campaign Committees and worked on a number of federal campaigns.
